Hello there,
This is great news although I have a question. My wife is a endodontist (dentist, speciality in root canal surgery), (H1, EB2 India). She teaches at a university and practises in there. She has some publications as well (she does not qualify for EB1, as we dont want to go for a tenure track) Will she qualify under this physicians bill? She has 6 years experience in this filed.

unfortunately though i suspect that the Conrad programs define participants as "physicians" which presumably does not include dentists...how about you check with your state health department?

For EAD ,the documentation is pretty simple and straightforward.
Please goto USCIS site and take a look at I765 form and the associated instructions. Once you spend 15 minutes on that, you will have most questions answered yourself. For the ones you have doubts, please post back.

Thanks. there is hope. I paper files too and included self paid return envelope. Was yours renewal or fresh? Mine is fresh.Paper filed AP in TSC on Oct 28th 2009 & received the document on Dec 24th 2009 by mail.

From last nights local game. Some pictures from the seats, some from the penalty box area. ISO1600, 1/500s and f/2 or f/2.8 in manual mode. Sports really is a challenge, I still don't get many keepers - I noticed this time I tend to rush things and probably cause a lot of bluriness through camera shake, and don't follow the players well enough for the AF to lock on reliably. Practice, practice...

That footer would kick arse to techno music. I love the techno music! I think you just aren't pleased with it because it's yours. I know I am not fully pleased with mine. But I keep getting compliments on it, so I guess it is good.
I guess it is because since you made it, you got to see it all the time, so to us it is new, but to you it is old, so we are like "oh wow" and you are just like "eh, its alright".

I don't think you will get in trouble with IRS. Because your W2 will have less salary stated. However for H1-B purpose, you salary will drop from what was probably stated on your H1-B application. No one is going to notice this. But just don't do this, when your H1-B stamping or renewal is near, so that you will have full salary mentioned in your recent paystubs.

From what I have heard so far, you need the receipt number. Talk to your lawyer asap.

I think it makes a lot of sense in what Janakp is conveying. These online petitions are no good and will achieve nothing. It is better we meet our congressmen/senators and convey these issues to them or their staff.

What I want to say to you is, don't just sit here complaining. Do something! There are many other threads with advice as to what might be relevant to your case. Look around for CADude's posts. His information is very useful. I also posted my own experiences and solutions.
Read everything. Find out exactly what the hell is going on. Figure out all the factors. Understand the situation. An old movie had the saying "Chance favors the prepared mind." It's true.
I pray you will get out of this rut asap.

When I filed my AOS application I was in CA and still I am working in CA, I never worked / lived in MIAMI,FL.
If they have to transfer my case they would have transfered to some CA local office not to MIAMI,FL local office..

nothing seems to be moving forward...and this is the last week for Aug 17th...so the more # of rejections/denials without possibility to reapply/re-appeal the less burden or number of applications they will have to process...my thoughts!

If you can take direct non-stop flight then avoid the transit visa. Sending originals by mail is always risky. Just my advise.

burden is not on you, but if your PD is current, your FPs are expired, then they are not gonna approve GC without having new FPs. And if they are not sending the FP notice, wouldn't you take effort to do something about it?
In this case is it not their duty to send FP notice and reason for not approval delay?? Its really a crazy situation esp during one's PD current and visa's available before its U or retrogresses...:( Damn CIS..
